2008年-2012年,就读于四川大学生命科学学院;2012年-2018年,保送至中国科学院大学上海生物化学与细胞生物学研究所攻读硕博连读研究生学位(导师:孙兵研究员);2019-2021年,在中国科学院分子细胞科学卓越创新中心(原上海生化细胞所)完成博士后训练(合作导师:王红艳研究员);2021年-2023年,博士后出站后留所工作任副研究员岗位;2023年9月全职加入西安交通大学第一附属医院Med-X研究院免疫代谢性疾病研究所,任特聘研究员/副教授,组建分子免疫学课题组。入选西安交通大学“青年拔尖人才(B)类”和中国科学院青年创新促进会(第12批会员),获得第十一届中国免疫学会学术奖-青年学者奖。主持和参与多项国家和省部级学科基金项目;参与申请多项发明专利,已授权3项,许可1项;近五年,在国内外专业领域权威期刊(IF>10)共发表研究论文20多篇,总引用次数超过1400次,其中以第一作者(含共一)或通讯作者(含共同)发表文章13篇,文章发表在Nature Immunology (2022)、Nature Communications (2023)、Cellular & Molecular Immunology (2020, 2020, 2020, 2023, 2023)、Cell Discovery (2023)、Allergy (2023)、PNAS (2020)、Sci China Life Sci (2021)、OncoImmunology (2023)、Int J Mol Sci (2022)等国内外学术期刊。详见https://www.researchgate.net/profile/Yaguang-Zhang

研究方向:

分子免疫学课题组主要从临床疾病中发现科学问题,通过构建动物模型,利用组学数据分析和免疫学技术手段探究免疫系统与其它系统的相互作用分子机制,进而发现疾病发生的底层机制,寻找疾病潜在的治疗新靶点,并研发可能的候选药物。课题组聚焦呼吸系统炎症免疫反应,通过研究免疫系统和神经系统、内分泌系统、凝血系统、上皮屏障系统以及外界环境刺激因素等(包括过敏原、烟雾、病毒等)之间的相互作用,已经发现了包括a-MSH/MC5R、5-HT/HTR2A、GSDMD、VB6/MDM2、THROMBIN等多种调控肺部炎症的全新分子调控机制。未来,课题组将围绕自身免疫性疾病和代谢性疾病,重点研究免疫细胞在疾病环境下的功能调控机制,并通过mRNA技术开发潜在的治疗新途径。

1. 探究免疫细胞(二型先天样淋巴细胞、调节性T细胞、巨噬细胞等)在代谢相关疾病中的作用机制;

2. 探究环境因素(过敏原、烟雾、微生物等)对肺部免疫系统影响的分子机制;

3. 针对过敏性和自身免疫性疾病,开发具有治疗功能的mRNA疫苗药物。

探究免疫系统与其它系统(神经系统、内分泌系统、上皮屏障系统以及外界环境刺激因素等)之间的相互作用,解释疾病发生分子机制,并研发潜在治疗手段。
