研究方向:

Innate immunity is important for life.

本免疫研究室致力于天然免疫系统调节机体免疫稳态和非稳态作用机制的研究。主要方向是发现:1)病原体感染、自身免疫病和肿瘤情况下天然免疫响应和稳态维持机制;2)天然免疫非稳态动态演化机制。拟解决天然免疫细胞及信号通路调节如何参与机体免疫应答过程的科学问题,希望我们的研究发现促进对组织修复、炎症、肿瘤和感染相关疾病发生和发展过程的认知,为开发抑制炎症相关疾病的靶向药物研究提供新的策略。

研究内容:

1. 新细胞类型:发现天然免疫细胞新亚型(数量少、动态变化)

2. 新细胞互作类型:探索在不同疾病模型中相互作用 (瞬时、间接)

3. 新的互作分子:发掘新型炎症因子和抗炎分子 (时空特异性)
